Is there a required check-in/check-out process that I have to complete?

• You’ll be required to check-in at the front desk before you can enter with your HackNC portal registration.

Are hackers required to attend every single event?

• No. Please check in with your team if you are booked for specific events, including workshops, tech talks, our sponsorship fair, panels, etc.

Do I have to stay at Fetzer the whole time?

• Hackers are only required to be present in-person for judging at the demo fair. Feel free to explore campus to find other spaces to work. Come back to check out our events, workshops, and snacks!

Where can I find workshops and events?

What are the sleeping arrangements?

• We will have designated sleeping rooms in Fetzer with mattresses.
• These rooms will begin to be set up around 9PM.
• Keep in mind that the Fetzer doors will be locked from 12AM to 7AM, meaning if you leave, someone will need to let you back in.
